Comacheros boss Mick Hawi granted bail to help pregnant wife

Comancheros boss Mick Hawi has been granted bail at the NSW Supreme Court.

The bikie gang leader was charged over his alleged role in the Sydney Airport brawl, which claimed the life of Hells Angel, Anthony Zervas.

For eight weeks Hawi has been attempting to gain bail, with his lawyer, John Korn, rejecting suggestions his client is a flight risk.

Today in the NSW Supreme Court, Justice Megan Latham found Hawi's alleged offence doesn't fall under presumption that he can't be released.
