The 43-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was sentenced to eight and a half years' prison today.
He will serve a minimum of six and a half years before being eligible for parole.
County Court Judge Meryl Sexton said the man, who lived alone in a house with high security, had created a haven for vulnerable young women who went there to take drugs, party and sleep.
The man provided the girls with free food, clothes and a cocktail of drugs that made them extremely intoxicated and saw them stay at the house for days on end, she said.
